Using a CGI proxy to add Reflect to an HTML page

Pressing the Reflect button sends this page to a local proxy that contacts the Reflect API and returns a reflected version of the page.

Since this page mentions human, mouse, and rat, all three organism names occur in the popup for the protein p53. Since humans (or homo sapiens) are mentioned four times, this is considered the most important organism in this page, and the popup shows human p53 by default. Reflect also tags small molecule names, such as estrogen.

To add such a button to your own page, you simply need to copy the JavaScript code in this file, and make local copy of the Reflect CGI proxy given above.
